Hello, and welcome to the Radio Base family!
Summary
This is just a standard written agreement between us and your radio station, to keep for your records. By signing up over the phone or through the dashboard on RadioBase.org you agree to our terms and conditions listed on our website.
Our Agreement To You
You will receive the best possible support and attention from our team!
We commit to respond to your requests within a reasonable time frame, usually, 24 business hours or less.
We commit to supply you with all the tools and resources you’ll need to use our software effectively.
We commit to providing you multiple points of contact including email, chat, and vision calls.
Our heart is to help you reach more people and we will work tirelessly to accomplish that!
Radio Base Support
After registering you’ll receive the following as far as support is concerned:
- (1) 30 Minute Vision Call upon
- Unlimited email and chat
- Unlimited access to our help center: Radiobase.org
Process and Your Requirements
After your Radio Base Giving account is created you will have complete access to our dashboard to start designing your app and website.
Once you are finished designing your app and website, Radio Base will publish them for you (Giving must be set up prior to publishing)!
Radio Base can also assist you in creating a non-profit Apple Developer account (Radio Base will need legal entity information from you).
Radio Base will publish your app to both the App Store and Google Play Store, saving you valuable time and energy!
Radio Base will also require access to your domain hosting account in order to successfully publish your website.
By registering you agree to provide the details needed for giving set up, developer accounts, domain mapping, and any other legal entity information that may be needed.
We can’t do our job if we don’t have the right tools!

Software Usage
Improper use of our software such as hacking, installing third-party plugins, gaining access to a portion of our software which is not available for public access, or any other usage other than what the Radio Base was created for without prior authorization will not be tolerated. Improper use is classified as a breach of contract and complete removal of the person and organization will go into effect immediately, without refund.
Your Content
When you upload content to Radio Base, you still own it. You do, however, give us permission to use it in ways necessary to provide, improve, promote and protect our services. For example, when you upload a photo, you give us the right to save it and display it on your site or app at your direction.
We also may promote or feature your site or story, but you can opt out if you don’t want us to do that.
Keystore File
If you choose to no longer utilize the Radio Base software, you will not be eligible to receive a Keystore file, password, or alias as it relates to your app in the Google Play Store. Upon cancellation, Radio Base will remain the sole owner of that information, and any requests to receive such information will not be fulfilled.
Agreement
By signing up over the phone with a sales rep or by signing up on our platform via RadioBase.org or manage.radiobase.org, you hereby agree to abide by the Terms of Service and Client Agreement displayed on RadioBase.org. This agreement is perpetuated for an organization despite the status of the original signer.
Radio Base may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify this client agreement, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and website following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
